General Manager – Singapore Manufacturing Site

About the role

Moog is seeking a General Manager to lead its Singapore manufacturing facility, a joint venture with Singapore Engineering Company (SIAEC). The role combines operational leadership with strategic execution to drive profitable, compliant, and sustainable site performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall site strategy aligned with Moog’s global objectives.
• Partner with SIAEC on daily operations and represent the site in Board meetings.
• Own P&L performance, preparing monthly and quarterly financial analyses, and managing operating and capital budgets.
• Drive lean production, continuous improvement, and capacity planning to meet customer demand.
• Lead talent strategy, including succession planning, leadership development, and performance management.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold product quality standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior manufacturing or operations leadership.
• Strong financial acumen with responsibility for revenue, profit, and EBITDA.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Experience in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and capacity planning.
• Track record of talent development and succession planning.
