Geotechnical Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Geotechnical Engineer to support our operational and site teams with engineering design guidance and ensure compliance with geotechnical standards. The role involves preparing technical submissions, investigating design‑related complaints, and contributing to project documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Advise operational and site personnel on all engineering designs.
• Propose corrective actions for non‑conformances related to engineering design.
• Assist in investigations of design‑related complaints.
• Support the Operations Manager with administrative tasks.
• Prepare technical submissions and authority approvals before work commencement.
• Produce reports and documentation for geotechnical matters.
• Monitor and prepare soil investigation bore logs.
• Attend technical meetings and ensure the latest construction drawings are issued to the site.

Required profile

• B.S. in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering.
• Approximately 2 years of relevant experience (preferred).

Required skills

• Engineering competence and knowledge of geotechnical principles.
• Experience with soil investigation and bore‑log preparation.
