Global Account Director – Consumer Packaged Goods

About the role

TikTok is seeking a Global Account Director to lead the relationship with its largest Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) partners. Based in Singapore, you will work closely with regional sales teams worldwide to drive revenue, deliver innovative solutions, and deepen strategic partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Drive global revenue growth through collaboration with clients, regional sales partners, and cross‑functional teams.
• Lead first‑to‑market platform activations and large‑scale innovations.
• Support regional sales in overcoming business blockers and enable pitch processes.
• Act as an external product consultant, educating clients and agencies on TikTok solutions and best practices.
• Analyze account performance data to provide data‑driven insights and improve product offerings.
• Conduct regular business reviews and build long‑term consultative relationships.
• Foster a collaborative environment that shares learning and innovation across accounts globally.
• Partner with Consumer, Content, Product, and Revenue teams to meet organizational KPIs.
• Manage ongoing forecasting, deal management, and analysis of spend, seasonality, and market participation.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in sales or business development with a track record of client management and revenue generation in digital marketing.
• Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work across diverse, global teams.
• Deep understanding of regional market nuances and experience operating in a global network.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable business insights.
