Graduate Commercial Operations Specialist

About the role

Join Airbus' Global Graduate Programme as a Commercial Operations Specialist, starting in September 2027. This two‑year, personalized development journey combines on‑the‑job experience with soft‑skill workshops and a dedicated development week.

Key responsibilities

• Support network and business partner agreement implementations, renewals and performance monitoring across Southeast Asia and Airbus Helicopters customer centres.
• Assist in preparing standard and complex offers for new aircraft and support services, coordinating with operational teams.
• Gain proficiency with commercial tools such as CRM systems, price quotation software and commercial price lists.
• Apply Airbus Commercial Policy, pricing catalogues and governance procedures while adhering to ethics and compliance frameworks.
• Participate in at least one rotational placement across regional customer centres or marketing functions to broaden market intelligence.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, International Business or Engineering.
• Recent graduate or up to two years’ experience in commercial operations, contract administration or partner management within aerospace.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Collaborative mindset with a desire to drive innovation.

Required skills

• Use of customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Experience with price quotation software and commercial price list tools.
