About the role

Applied Materials, a global leader in materials engineering solutions for chips and advanced displays, is hiring new college graduates for 2027 in Singapore, its regional headquarters for Southeast Asia. As a Graduate Engineer, you will gain exposure to different parts of the business and work on projects that affect global customers and operations. Depending on your skills and interests, you may join Worldwide Manufacturing Operations, Applied Global Services, Global Supply Chain or Semiconductor Products Group.

Key responsibilities

• Manufacturing Operations: drive manufacturing excellence and operational efficiency, improve production processes through data analytics and automation, support Industry 4.0 and smart factory initiatives, and collaborate with engineering, quality and manufacturing teams.
• Global Services: support leading semiconductor manufacturers, optimize equipment performance and reliability, provide technical solutions and field engineering support, and drive customer satisfaction through innovative service solutions.
• Supply Chain: manage supply planning, sourcing, logistics and supplier partnerships, use digital tools to improve supply chain performance, support strategic initiatives and analyze data to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Semiconductor Products: work on next-generation semiconductor equipment and technologies, support product development, testing and qualification, and collaborate with global engineering and R&D teams.

Required profile

• Recent college graduate (2027 class).
• Passionate, curious and driven, with the ability to build a career across multiple business functions.
