Graduate Talent Trainee – IT & Cybersecurity (2027 Cohort)

About the role

Bitdeer is recruiting fresh graduates for its 18-month Graduate Talent Trainee (GTT) programme, which develops high-potential graduates into skilled professionals in blockchain and high-performance computing. The programme combines hands-on experience in your chosen field with training in the company's core values and business practices. It is a full-time, on-site position at the local office.

The two focus areas are Information Technology (Desktop Engineer) and Cybersecurity. Candidates are expected to embody the values of Resilience, Accountability, Customer-focused and Entrepreneurial, and to adapt quickly, collaborate across teams and take ownership of their own development.

Required profile

• Fresh graduates (Bachelor, Master, PhD) from all disciplines, or candidates with up to 2 years of work experience.
• Technical expertise and experience in the chosen field of interest.
• Strong passion for new technologies such as blockchain, cloud computing, AI and data centers.
• Impressive personal achievements, such as academic results, internships or extracurricular activities.
• High motivation, strong ownership and accountability, and a commitment to drive impact early in the career.
