Graphic Designer (Remote, Singapore-based)

About the role

BJAK, the leading insurance platform in Southeast Asia, is looking for a Graphic Designer to turn ideas into creative visuals, motion and digital storytelling. You will design and produce graphics and multimedia assets for social media, digital ads, websites, email and brand campaigns. The role is remote, but candidates must be based in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Design high-quality static and animated assets for marketing campaigns, social media, digital ads, websites and email.
• Create layouts, infographics and visuals aligned with BJAK's brand identity.
• Support video and motion projects with titles, transitions and lower thirds.
• Work with the Creative, Marketing and Social Media teams, and with videographers, motion artists and copywriters.
• Manage several projects at once, optimise designs for web, mobile and social, and keep an organised asset library.
• Stay current with design trends and experiment with new visual styles.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in multimedia or digital design.
• Strong design portfolio showing creativity, attention to detail and versatility.
• Understanding of visual hierarchy, colour theory, typography and layout.
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Motion design or animation experience is an advantage.
• Strong English communication; English is the main working language.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or equivalent tools.
• Proficiency in motion design and animation is an advantage.
