Group Accountant / Finance Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Group Accountant / Finance Manager to oversee budgeting, forecasting, group accounting and month‑end, quarterly and year‑end closing activities. The role will lead financial consolidation, treasury, cash‑flow management and financial analysis while driving strategic initiatives and process improvements across the group.

Key responsibilities

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, group accounting and month‑end, quarterly and year‑end closing activities.
• Oversee treasury, cash‑flow management and financial analysis.
• Lead financial consolidation and reporting for an international business group.
• Oversee internal controls, audit, tax and compliance matters.
• Support and manage M&A and corporate restructuring activities.
• Drive strategic initiatives and process improvements across the group.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline and CA qualification.
• Minimum 10 years of hands‑on group accounts experience in the construction or other project‑based industries.
• At least 3 years of audit experience involving group accounts.
• At least 3 years of experience in group consolidation and financial reporting.
• Experience in M&A, corporate restructuring and group‑level strategic projects.
• Experience overseeing overseas operations and international subsidiaries.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, meticulous and detail‑oriented mindset.
• High level of integrity and discretion handling financial information.

Required skills

• Proficient in MS Office.
• Proficient in MS Dynamics NAV (Navision).
