Growth and Partnership Lead (Contract, Onsite)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated professional to drive key account management, business development and regional commercial growth. The role is contract‑based and based onsite in Singapore, reporting to senior commercial leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong relationships with key and strategic accounts.
• Develop and execute account plans to meet revenue, retention and growth targets.
• Identify upselling, cross‑selling and expansion opportunities.
• Understand customer needs and propose appropriate business solutions.
• Monitor account performance, market trends and competitor activity.
• Conduct regular customer reviews and present growth plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Support commercial negotiations, contract renewals and business development initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Sales or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in key account management, sales, business development or client relationship management.
• Regional or international market experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, analytical and stakeholder management abilities.
• Commercial mindset with a focus on identifying business opportunities.
• Customer‑focused, proactive and results‑oriented.
• Willingness to travel regionally or internationally as needed.

• Competitive contract salary ranging from SGD 5,500 to SGD 8,500 per month.
