Growth & Content Marketing Executive

About the role

April Boulevard is seeking a highly execution‑focused Growth & Content Marketing Executive to drive content creation and revenue growth for its beauty and lifestyle brands. Working closely with the founders, you will blend creative storytelling with data‑driven performance marketing to expand the company’s social presence and online sales.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and e‑commerce platforms.
• Create engaging visual and video content using Canva and CapCut.
• Manage paid social advertising, optimizing Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads for ROI.
• Grow organic reach on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social channels.
• Collaborate with the e‑commerce team to boost sales on Shopify, Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reporting to leadership.

Required profile

• 1–4 years of experience in digital marketing, e‑commerce or social media marketing.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels and current social trends.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, startup environment.
• Passion for beauty, skincare and consumer brands.
