Growth Lead – Institutional Adoption & DeFi Partnerships

About the role

We are a fast‑growing crypto prime brokerage building institutional‑grade infrastructure for algorithmic trading on the Hyperliquid ecosystem. As Growth Lead, you will spearhead institutional adoption, forge strategic ecosystem partnerships, and drive significant growth in Total Value Locked (TVL) and trading volume.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pitch, and onboard institutional trading firms, market makers, and high‑frequency traders.
• Develop and manage strategic growth partnerships across DeFi and trading‑infrastructure providers.
• Track and improve adoption metrics, including platform TVL, trading volume, and user growth.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to align growth initiatives with the product roadmap.
• Represent the firm at industry conferences, events, and high‑impact communication channels.

Required profile

• Proven success in business development, sales, or growth roles within crypto protocols, digital‑asset exchanges, or prime brokerages.
• Extensive network among institutional trading firms, quantitative funds, and DeFi platforms.
• Deep understanding of institutional trading workflows, prime‑brokerage mechanics, and on‑chain liquidity.
• Strong communication skills with technical founders, quantitative traders, and engineering leads.
• Action‑oriented mindset with a track record of delivering measurable revenue and adoption results.
