Growth Marketing Executive

About the role

Fuku is looking for a Growth Marketing Executive in Singapore who combines hands-on paid acquisition experience with a strong understanding of customer needs. You will work directly with clients to understand their business objectives and turn them into actionable marketing initiatives that drive measurable growth. The salary range is $3,000-$4,500.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run customer acquisition initiatives across search and other digital channels.
• Manage Google Ads campaigns, improving traffic quality, leads and conversions.
• Review customer journeys and campaign results to find growth opportunities.
• Meet clients to understand their business, target audience, priorities and concerns.
• Turn client objectives into campaign plans and recommendations.
• Experiment with keywords, messaging, audiences and landing pages.
• Analyse campaign and conversion data to decide what works and where to improve.
• Work with internal teams on campaign execution, content, creatives and landing pages.
• Support SEO initiatives where relevant.

Required profile

• Hands-on experience managing SEM campaigns, especially Google Ads.
• Comfortable analysing campaign data and making optimisation decisions.
• Able to communicate confidently with clients and understand their needs.
• Good understanding of digital customer acquisition and conversion funnels.
• Organised and able to manage several campaigns or client accounts at once.

• Digital marketing or advertising agency experience is an advantage but not essential
