Growth Marketing Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to join Astro Health’s Trimly brand, a Singapore‑based weight‑management clinic. As the first marketing hire you will work directly with the founder, shaping the full marketing machine from creative production to paid‑media operations.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and adapt creative assets using AI pipelines, Canva and CapCut for paid campaigns and organic posts.
• Manage the relationship with our external creative agency: write briefs, coordinate feedback loops and ensure timely delivery of social content.
• Run influencer programmes: build sourcing lists, conduct outreach, prepare briefing kits and track approvals.
• Operate Meta and Google ad accounts: upload and rotate creatives, maintain Performance Max asset groups, generate weekly performance reports and flag anomalies.
• Own the Instagram posting calendar, craft captions in the brand voice and engage with comments and direct messages.

Required profile

• 0–3 years of relevant experience; a marketing role on your CV is not mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Entrepreneurial mindset – initiates tasks, handles multiple workstreams and follows through independently.
• Fast, tasteful visual creation skills for images and short videos.
• Strong written communication aligned with a warm, direct brand voice.
• Comfortable appearing on camera for video content.
• Based in Singapore with the legal right to work locally.
