Growth Marketing Specialist – International Markets

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Specialist to drive scalable acquisition and retention initiatives across multiple international markets. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams, using data‑driven experimentation to boost customer acquisition efficiency and long‑term growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid digital campaigns on platforms such as Google, Meta and TikTok.
• Analyse campaign, channel and customer performance to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Design and execute structured tests on audiences, creatives, messaging, channels and landing pages.
• Collaborate with CRM, product, data, creative and regional teams to support growth across the customer journey.
• Manage customer lifecycle, remarketing and re‑engagement programmes to improve retention and lifetime value.
• Monitor key growth metrics, prepare performance reports and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Track marketing budget allocation, assess ROI and recommend adjustments.
• Research emerging digital channels and evaluate new growth opportunities.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in growth, performance or digital marketing.
• Hands‑on experience managing and optimising paid campaigns across major platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and performance metrics such as CAC, CPA, ROAS and conversion rate.
• Experience working across multiple markets or regions is a plus.
