Guest Relations Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Guest Relations Manager to lead the Guest Relations team at SUSHISAMBA, a high‑end restaurant and bar located in Capital Tower, Singapore. The role ensures every guest is welcomed, recognised and provided with the highest standards of service, while supporting revenue growth and operational consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all Guest Relations procedures, ensuring alignment with established standards.
• Handle telephone enquiries courteously, promptly and accurately, meeting caller needs.
• Maintain clear communication with the Manager on duty, ensuring all guest requests and feedback are addressed.
• Build repeat business through relationship building and proactive service.
• Identify and pursue revenue‑generating opportunities.
• Analyse market trends and data to develop strategic responses.
• Coordinate reservations and special requests with relevant departments for seamless execution.
• Assign daily tasks and manage schedules for Hostess, Host and Reservation Agents.
• Review daily reservations and arrival reports, ensuring smooth booking and occupancy communication.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• 3‑4 years of experience in a high‑volume, luxury restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Fluent English with excellent communication skills.

Required skills

• Strong computer literacy, especially Microsoft Office and Windows applications.
• Experience with restaurant POS systems.
• Familiarity with reservation platforms and operational management systems.
• Knowledge of the SevenRooms reservation system (advantageous).
