Guest Service Expert – Server

About the role

We are looking for a Guest Service Expert to work as a Server at The Ritz‑Carlton Millenia Singapore. In this full‑time, non‑management position you will help create memorable dining experiences for our guests by delivering attentive, high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Set and arrange tables, ensure dining areas are clean and well‑stocked.
• Communicate orders and special requests accurately with the kitchen team.
• Greet, interact with and serve guests throughout their meal, addressing needs promptly.
• Maintain the menu, verify items visually and assist guests with menu information.
• Handle food and beverage items safely, lift and move objects up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance), and navigate varied floor surfaces.
• Keep work areas and service stations tidy, following health and safety standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk and move for extended periods and perform physical tasks as described.
