Guest Service Host (2-year contract) - South & East

About the role

Singapore Pools, a not-for-profit organisation established in 1968 to provide safe and trusted betting, is hiring a Guest Service Host for its Livewire Operations team. Reporting to the Area Manager, the incumbent performs counter sales and services in the South and East area on a 2-year contract.

Key responsibilities

• Perform counter sales and services of the Company's products and pay prize winners.
• Attend to customers' queries and provide hassle-free service and a pleasant experience.
• Provide services such as SPA KYC, deposits and withdrawals, and reconcile the end-of-day summary report against physical cash.
• Assist with administrative work related to counter duty and the premises.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education (GCE 'O' or 'N' level).
• At least 1-2 years of experience in cashiering work in the service industry.
• Strong customer service mindset with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to speak English, Mandarin and local dialects to serve customers in any of these languages.
• Able to work rotating shift hours, including weekends and public holidays.
