About the role

Singapore Pools, a not-for-profit organisation established in 1968 to provide safe and trusted betting, is hiring a Customer Relations Officer on a 1-year contract. Reporting to the Branch Manager or Assistant Branch Manager, the officer performs sales duty and prize claims at the betting hall.

Key responsibilities

Perform counter sales duty for betting products.
Process prize claims for winning tickets.
Provide Singapore Pools account application, top-up and withdrawal services.
Attend to customers' queries and provide relevant information.
Assist the supervisor with regular housekeeping of the betting hall and queue orderliness.

Required profile

Minimum secondary education.
Customer service and cash handling experience.
Experience in retail or food and beverage service.
Willingness to work shift hours.

Required skills

PC literacy.
