  • Debug test programs on multiple testers and coach other engineers on validation approaches, platform nuances, simulation methodology and reporting standards
  • Drive test equipment qualification and requalification, and hardware readiness setup for handlers, sockets and similar
  • Forecast validation capacity based on product ramps and coverage needs, and own the health, availability and uptime of the validation platform
  • Support validation platform pathfinding and implement standards for continuous improvement in test programs and infrastructure
  • Validate high-speed I/O and assist with eye diagram and signal integrity checks
  • Maintain documentation in Confluence/Jira and version control in Git/Perforce, run root cause analysis and corrective action closure
  • Collaborate with the Component Validation team and cross-functional teams on design validation, electrical failure analysis and lab support

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in semiconductor product engineering (DRAM/HBM preferred)
  • 5+ years of hands-on test pattern and code development using C/C++ and Python on ATE (Teradyne, Advantest, etc.) and familiarity with APG (Algorithmic Pattern Generator)
  • 5+ years of technical experience as a Product Development Engineering lead
  • Demonstrated experience implementing DFT and functional testing (loopback, MBIST, scan) and knowledge of computer architecture and DRAM concepts
  • Experience in analog mixed-signal, ASIC or silicon validation is considered

Preferred experience

  • Implementing or leveraging AI for automation and continuous improvement
  • Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
