Head of Boutique, Watches & Fine Jewelry (WFJ)

About the role

The Head of Boutique leads the Watches & Fine Jewelry (WFJ) business within the Fashion and WFJ boutique network in Singapore and acts as a Brand Advocate for CHANEL. The role leads the regional flagship WFJ boutique, adjacent to the Fashion flagship, and drives business growth and clienteling strategy across Fashion clientele and travelling clients.

Key responsibilities

• Champion CHANEL's image through visual merchandising, boutique upkeep and team grooming, and act as brand ambassador with landlords, media and local authorities
• Motivate and develop the boutique team, coach regularly and build a high-performance culture
• Drive a clienteling strategy using CEM data and client insights, and handle after-sales, complaints and service recovery
• Translate the High-End business strategy into boutique priorities, partnering with the High-End team to grow High Jewelry sales
• Optimize product assortment, stock flow and inventory accuracy, and share collection stories with the team
• Monitor sales performance, variance analysis, sell-through and clienteling indicators, and set annual and category targets
• Ensure accurate reporting, compliance, asset safeguarding and service/repair follow-up, and adapt staffing to traffic patterns
• Strengthen the "One House" collaboration across WFJ, Fashion, Fragrance & Beauty and other functions

Required profile

• University degree in any discipline
• Minimum 10 years of experience leading large teams in dynamic environments
• Strong exposure to luxury retail, including leading watches & fine jewelry; experience leading Fashion is an advantage
• GIA is a plus
• Proven leadership, coaching and team-development track record
