Head of Marketing

About the role

Finmo is seeking a Head of Marketing to own and drive its global marketing strategy. You will be responsible for strengthening the brand, generating demand, supporting revenue growth, and enabling expansion across key markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and growth priorities.
• Own the marketing roadmap, budget, and resource allocation across markets and channels.
• Lead, mentor and build a high‑performing marketing team, defining clear priorities and performance expectations.
• Design and run demand‑generation programmes across digital, content, events, partnerships and paid media.
• Partner with product and commercial teams to craft value propositions, positioning, messaging and sales‑enablement materials.
• Oversee brand, content and thought‑leadership initiatives to build credibility in the fintech ecosystem.
• Establish measurement, attribution and reporting frameworks to monitor funnel performance and ROI.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, including senior leadership of a marketing function.
• Proven track record of linking marketing activities to commercial outcomes such as pipeline and revenue growth.
• Strong analytical capability and ability to translate data and market insights into actionable priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for senior stakeholder engagement.
• Comfortable operating in a fast‑moving, international environment with multiple markets.
