Head of Marketing – Vogue Singapore

About the role

The Head of Marketing will lead Vogue Singapore’s brand growth, audience development and commercial marketing strategy across all platforms. Reporting to senior leadership, this role shapes integrated marketing, events, partnerships and community initiatives to drive measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy across digital, social, print, experiential and partnership channels.
• Lead marketing for flagship events such as Next in Vogue, the Vogue Singapore Gala and Club Vogue experiences, overseeing timelines, ticketing, audience targeting and post‑event analysis.
• Own growth strategy for Club Vogue, driving acquisition, retention, programming support and member engagement.
• Act as liaison across editorial, commercial, operations and Foundation teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
• Oversee design direction and production of marketing collaterals, managing designers, photographers, videographers and creative partners.
• Track and report on campaign performance, event ROI, audience growth and marketing KPIs, using insights to refine strategy and optimise spend.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in marketing, brand or communications, preferably within media, fashion, luxury or a PR agency.
• Strong background in integrated marketing, events marketing and brand partnerships.
• Proven stakeholder management and cross‑functional coordination skills.
• Experience growing membership or community‑based platforms.
• Creative sensibility with hands‑on oversight of design and collaterals.
• Excellent project‑management abilities.
