Head of People and Culture

About the role

WWF Singapore is seeking a hands‑on Head of People and Culture to lead the end‑to‑end HR function for a purpose‑driven conservation organisation. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will shape and implement people strategies that reinforce culture, build capability and enhance organisational effectiveness across a lean, mission‑focused team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning & development, employee relations, rewards, HR operations and policy.
• Design and optimise people processes, systems and practices suitable for the organisation’s scale.
• Partner with the CEO and senior leadership on organisation design, succession planning and culture initiatives.
• Provide practical, solution‑oriented support to managers and employees on people matters.
• Build trust and engage with staff, senior leaders and board stakeholders.
• Prioritise and drive multiple HR priorities forward at pace.

Required profile

• HR leader with broad generalist experience who enjoys being close to the day‑to‑day work.
• Practical, grounded individual comfortable rolling up sleeves in a lean team.
• Strong communicator able to engage credibly at all organisational levels.
• Organised, resilient and capable of managing competing demands without compromising quality or culture.
• Motivated by purpose, values and making a meaningful contribution beyond commercial reward.
