Head of Singapore

About the role

IG Asia is seeking a senior commercial leader to own and grow its Singapore business. This full P&L role reports to the Managing Director, APAC and is responsible for defending the existing client base, driving new growth, and ensuring operational excellence in a regulated, mature market.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Singapore P&L, setting revenue, growth and margin targets.
• Lead day‑to‑day operations, overseeing sales, client management and local marketing teams.
• Develop and execute acquisition and growth strategies for retail and premium client segments.
• Build partnerships and manage the local marketing funnel in collaboration with the Marketing function.
• Maintain client retention, reactivation and cross‑sell initiatives by working closely with Product and Marketing.

Required profile

• Senior commercial leader with a proven track record in a profitable, regulated market.
• High‑ownership mindset, capable of setting and delivering on strategic plans.
• Strong leadership skills to manage cross‑functional teams.
• Experience working with product and marketing teams to shape market offerings.
