Healthcare Quality & Regulatory Automation Analyst

About the role

As a Healthcare Quality & Regulatory Automation Analyst, you will act as the technical expert driving data‑centric quality and compliance initiatives across the organization. You will combine advanced quantitative analysis, data engineering, and quality‑system knowledge to deliver actionable insights for executive and regulatory stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Build statistical and machine‑learning models for trend detection, root‑cause analysis, forecasting, anomaly detection and risk stratification.
• Design, develop and maintain stakeholder‑specific dashboards and reports (executive, regulatory) using Power BI and best‑in‑class data‑visualisation practices.
• Create AI‑enabled quality tools, including NLP‑based document classification, automated quality checks, predictive analytics and chat assistants for SOP/QMS guidance.
• Lead integration and lifecycle management of third‑party quality software: gather requirements, coordinate vendors, configure, test, release and provide ongoing support.
• Translate analytical findings into actionable initiatives that improve business outcomes and ensure continuous compliance.
• Support audit readiness and provide analytics‑driven evidence for regulatory submissions and internal quality reviews.

Required profile

• Proven experience in healthcare quality analytics or a related regulatory environment.
• Strong quantitative background with ability to develop and validate statistical and machine‑learning models.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of gathering requirements and delivering clear data‑driven stories.
