Helpdesk Support Engineer

About the role

A Helpdesk Support Engineer is needed in Singapore to handle incidents and support users, with the option to attend to users on site when required. The role is full time and based in the Central Region.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to incidents, investigate them and provide temporary and/or permanent resolutions, giving timely status updates to relevant parties.
• Provide operating guidance, training and troubleshooting documents to internal and external parties.
• Deliver support in line with the project's SLA (Service Level Agreement).
• Gather logs and information requested from L2 and L3 teams to resolve tickets.
• Assist in generating reports and other administrative work.
• Attend to users on site when required.

Required profile

• Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Technology, or equivalent; candidates with no experience but relevant qualifications are welcome to apply.
• Experience as a helpdesk agent dealing with customers is an advantage.

Required skills

• General knowledge of Windows 10, printers and networks.
• Prior experience in application support is an advantage.
• Use of ITSM tools such as ManagedEngine and ServiceNow is a plus.
