HR & Accounts Executive (Singapore & Malaysia)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive HR & Accounts Executive to support our Singapore and Malaysia entities. The role combines finance, accounting and human‑resources responsibilities, acting as a key partner to management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑set accounts for Singapore and Malaysia, including monthly closing, management reporting and cash‑flow monitoring.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable, review supplier invoices and ensure timely collections.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents and corporate secretaries; prepare audit schedules and handle GST, corporate tax and statutory filings in both countries.
• Process payroll for Singapore and Malaysia, administer employee benefits, leave and attendance records.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, conduct screening, interviews and onboarding.
• Handle employee relations, address enquiries and support grievance resolution.
• Manage MOM work‑pass applications, renewals and compliance with employment legislation in Singapore and Malaysia.
• Perform ad‑hoc projects and other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum O‑Levels or equivalent Diploma; higher qualifications preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in full‑set accounting and HR administration, preferably handling both Singapore and Malaysia entities.
• Demonstrated experience with payroll processing and statutory compliance.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems; knowledge of Navision is an advantage.
