HR Business Partner – 8‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our regional HR team on an eight‑month fixed‑term contract. The role will partner with business leaders across Singapore and the wider APAC region, providing strategic and operational HR support for a diverse, international workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Advise business leaders on employee lifecycle, organisational development, talent management and workforce planning.
• Support implementation of people initiatives that drive engagement, leadership capability, performance and retention.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management and HR policies.
• Collaborate with centres of excellence and regional stakeholders to ensure consistent HR programmes and processes.
• Contribute to organisational change projects, team expansions and business transformation initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with local employment legislation, internal policies and governance requirements.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Minimum 8 years of HR experience, including HR business partnering in start‑up, multinational, technology, professional services or financial services environments.
• Proven experience supporting managers on employee relations, performance management, talent initiatives and organisational change.
• Strong understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem‑solving abilities.
