HR Digitalisation Specialist (HR Planning & Innovation)

About the role

The HR Digitalisation Specialist drives the digital transformation of ITE's HR operations: automating manual processes, building and leveraging digital tools and applications, and re-engineering workflows to make HR services more efficient and effective. The role partners with HR teams to identify digitalisation opportunities and delivers technology-enabled solutions supported by data and analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prioritise and scope opportunities to digitalise and automate HR processes for greater efficiency and productivity.
• Design, build and implement automations, digital tools, apps and workflows using available technology such as OGP, RPA, Power Platform and AI tools, including low-code ("vibe coding") development.
• Support change management and user adoption of new digital solutions, and work on data systems, dashboards and reporting to measure improvements.
• Undertake other responsibilities assigned to support digitalisation efforts in HR.
• Lead a HR functional area to better understand HR operations and needs.

Required profile

• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage and implement digital transformation and productivity improvement projects efficiently.
• Meticulous, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, both in teams and independently.
• Some relevant experience in HR and Workday preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Dataverse).
• Familiarity with RPA and automation tools.
• Advantageous: data science, programming (e.g. Python) and AI, and data analytics to predict trends.
• Comfortable building tools, prototypes and automations with AI-assisted low-code development.
