HR Executive – 6‑Month Contract

About the role
The HR Executive will support the People & Organization Development (P&OD) team on a six‑month contract, handling day‑to‑day HR administration and assisting with various HR initiatives in Singapore.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to staff queries on HR matters and provide timely support.
- Maintain and update historical and current employee data in HR systems.
- Assist with payroll processing, onboarding, and off‑boarding activities.
- Support the recruitment team throughout the hiring workflow.
- Facilitate training administration and learning‑and‑development functions.
- Contribute to the digitalisation of HR process flows.
- Gather, analyse, and visualise HR data to aid decision‑making.
- Participate in strategic HR projects as required.
- Coordinate events, programmes and ad‑hoc HR requirements.
Required profile
- Junior‑level executive with interest in human‑resources administration.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with HR information systems and data.
