HR Executive – Construction Industry

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to manage the full spectrum of HR operations within a building and construction environment. The role works closely with employees and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth HR administration, compliance and continuous process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Handle end‑to‑end HR operations, including employee records, HR administration and day‑to‑day employee support.
• Advise staff on HR policies, procedures and employment‑related matters in line with company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate HR databases, personnel records and document filing systems.
• Support MOM‑related surveys and HR compliance requirements.
• Review and improve HR processes, develop SOPs and HR documentation.
• Assist with HR projects, employee activities and ad‑hoc initiatives as assigned.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher qualification in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience; construction industry experience is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, confidentiality and good interpersonal communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Word.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
