HR Executive / HR Business Partner – Gaming Company

About the role

We are looking for an HR Executive / HR Business Partner to support our fast‑growing mobile gaming company in Singapore. You will be the backbone of people operations, handling recruitment, work‑pass administration, payroll and employee relations while working closely with our HQ in China.

Key responsibilities

• Post job ads, screen CVs, coordinate interviews and manage recruitment agency relationships.
• Facilitate offer letters, onboarding, equipment provision and relocation logistics.
• Process EP/Work Pass applications, renewals and cancellations for Singapore staff.
• Run monthly payroll, CPF contributions and attendance tracking; support annual tax filing (IR8A) and tax clearance for leavers (IR21).
• Manage employee lifecycle events – onboarding, off‑boarding, confirmations, leave administration and HR file maintenance.
• Communicate performance review processes and act as the first point of contact for day‑to‑day employee queries.

Required profile

• 1–5 years of HR experience in generalist, operations or recruitment coordination roles.
• Highly organized, reliable and detail‑oriented with a strong record‑keeping mindset.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin to liaise with HQ stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Singapore employment regulations (MOM work passes, CPF, IR8A) is a plus but not mandatory.
