HR Executive

About the role

We are seeking an HR Executive to strengthen our human resources function in Singapore. The role will support the development and implementation of HR initiatives, manage recruitment and onboarding, oversee training programs, and ensure payroll and compliance processes are executed accurately.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
• Provide counselling on HR policies and procedures.
• Manage recruitment activities, including job description preparation, ad posting, and hiring process coordination.
• Create and implement effective onboarding plans for new hires.
• Develop and deliver training and development programs.
• Handle payroll processing and related inquiries.
• Support disciplinary and grievance case management.
• Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc.) in line with policy and legal requirements.
• Review employment conditions to ensure legal compliance.
• Administer ISO documentation, BCA CRS/SCAL SLOTS applications, MYMOM and WPOL portals, and insurance purchases/renewals.
• Act as point of contact with MOM, insurers, and legal counsel for work‑injury cases.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR officer, administrator or similar HR role.
• Strong knowledge of HR functions including pay & benefits, recruitment, and training.
• Understanding of Singapore labour laws and disciplinary procedures.
• Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• BSc/BA in Business Administration, Social Studies or a related field.
