HR & General Affairs Assistant (On-site)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive HR & General Affairs Assistant to provide on‑site support for our employees and office operations. You will act as a key point of contact for HR administrative tasks and ensure the smooth running of our workplace environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process airport pass applications for retail and corporate staff.
• Coordinate employee welfare activities such as congratulatory and get‑well baskets.
• Assist with interview scheduling, contract signing and onboarding, including uniform issuance and workstation setup.
• Handle visitor reception, courier and postal matters, and maintain meeting rooms.
• Maintain up‑to‑date telephone directories, contact lists and organization charts.
• Support invoice submission, travel arrangements, expense claims, visa processing and corporate credit‑card expenses.
• Organise office events, festive decorations, staff gifting and pantry/ stationery supplies for two locations.
• Oversee general office maintenance, alarm systems and equipment, and raise approvals for payments.

Required profile

• Notice period of less than one month.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in HR support or office administration.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a pleasant personality.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Fluent English with good communication skills.
