HR Generalist

About the role

The HR Generalist will support a wide range of human resources functions for a well‑established Asia‑Pacific regional headquarters based in Singapore. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to fulfil hiring needs, ensure accurate HR data, and manage foreign manpower matters.

Key responsibilities

• Support the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer administration and onboarding.
• Partner with department heads to understand manpower needs for specialised and technical roles.
• Administer employee benefits, including insurance and medical plans, and manage renewals and documentation.
• Handle foreign manpower matters such as work pass applications, renewals and liaison with government authorities.
• Prepare, consolidate and submit monthly manpower and HR reports.
• Maintain HR databases, ensuring data accuracy, consistency and confidentiality.
• Coordinate business card requests and other employee administrative needs.
• Provide backup support for general administration duties and undertake ad‑hoc HR tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Executive role.
• Good knowledge of Singapore employment laws, HR practices and statutory requirements.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
