HR Intern (Learning & Development)

About the role

Are you passionate about people development and learning? Join AUMOVIO's Talent Management & Organisational Development (TMOD) team to gain hands‑on experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, and Employee Engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Support learning and development programmes, including training coordination and administration.
• Manage training logistics, registrations, schedules, and learning records.
• Assist in onboarding activities and support new‑hire integration.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and project updates for stakeholders.
• Support talent management and organisational development initiatives.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Organisational Behaviour, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong interest in Learning & Development, Talent Management, Employee Experience, and HR projects.
• Proactive, organised and detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills for working with diverse stakeholders.
