HR Intern – Survey & Analysis Support

About the role

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to support our employee survey and analysis activities over a three‑month period. You will work closely with the HR team to design, launch and report on multilingual surveys that help shape our people strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Create and administer employee surveys using the company’s survey platform.
• Coordinate with HR stakeholders to obtain translations and upload them, ensuring accuracy across language versions.
• Set up questionnaire logic, test surveys and monitor participation.
• Clean, organize and validate survey data for further analysis.
• Develop and maintain reporting templates in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Prepare summary reports, charts and presentations that highlight key findings and trends.
• Assist in analysing quantitative and qualitative feedback to generate actionable insights.
• Support HR teams with ad‑hoc data requests and reporting needs.

Required profile

• Undergraduate student studying Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics or a related discipline.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organisational abilities.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts).
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with survey tools such as QuestionPro, Qualtrics or Microsoft Forms (advantageous).
