About the role
We are seeking a dynamic, people‑oriented HR Manager to support our growing team at Nasty Cookies, a Singapore‑based gourmet cookie brand. You will lead end‑to‑end HR functions, shape a positive workplace culture, and ensure compliance with local employment regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full‑cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding and offboarding.
- Prepare employment contracts and maintain accurate employee records.
- Support workforce planning to align talent with business growth.
- Foster an inclusive work environment, address employee concerns, and drive engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, overtime, leave, and incentives with Finance.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore labour laws and internal HR policies; maintain audit documentation.
- Identify skills gaps, organise training programmes, and support career development.
- Act as a trusted HR advisor for employees and managers, handling performance and disciplinary matters.
- Review and improve HR workflows, SOPs, and documentation; prepare HR reports for management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of HR generalist experience (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of local employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Professionalism, confidentiality, and a proactive, detail‑oriented approach.
