HR Manager – Nursing Home

About the role

The HR Manager will lead human resources and procurement functions for a network of nursing homes across Singapore, ensuring that staffing, supply chain and regulatory requirements are met to deliver high‑quality resident care.

Key responsibilities

• Manage procurement and sourcing of medical and non‑medical supplies.
• Oversee inventory levels, stock control and demand forecasting.
• Maintain supplier relationships, contracts, pricing and vendor performance.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with healthcare regulations and quality standards.
• Control procurement budgets, monitor spending, produce reports and drive cost‑saving initiatives.
• Coordinate with nursing, finance, administration and operations teams.
• Supervise front‑office operations, including call handling, visitor management and staff competency.
• Arrange medical transport for residents and support emergency procurement.
• Assist with special projects, contract management and business development initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in any field.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in the healthcare sector.
