HR Operations & Service Specialist – APAC & EU (1‑yr contract)

About the role

We are looking for an HR Operations & Service Specialist to provide end‑to‑end HR administrative support for employees across APAC and EU. The role is based in Singapore on a 1‑year renewable contract and involves handling onboarding, off‑boarding, payroll, benefits and employee inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive HR administration for APAC & EU regions, including onboarding, off‑boarding, employee data maintenance, payroll and benefits.
• Respond to Tier 1 and Tier 2 employee inquiries via email, communicator and HR ticketing system within SLA, ensuring culturally appropriate support across time zones.
• Process HR transactions in the in‑house HRIS, maintain data integrity and keep employee records compliant with local employment laws.
• Monitor labour‑law compliance, support regular HR audits, and prepare statutory submissions to Singapore agencies (MOM, CPF Board, IRAS).
• Collaborate with China headquarters and regional HR teams, act as subject‑matter expert and support cross‑functional projects such as system migrations and policy roll‑outs.
• Identify and implement process improvements, contribute to knowledge‑base documentation and support training of new HRSSC members.

Required profile

• Experience in HR operations or HR service delivery supporting multiple countries, preferably in APAC and EU.
• Strong knowledge of local employment regulations and ability to ensure compliance.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to work in a matrixed, multicultural environment.
• Proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement and resilience in ambiguous situations.
