HR Recruitment Trainer & Talent Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced recruiter who is passionate about developing talent to join us as an HR Recruitment Trainer & Talent Specialist. In this dual‑function role you will design and deliver recruitment training programmes for adult learners and, on non‑training days, manage our Jobs Clinic to screen and place walk‑in candidates with our client network.

Key responsibilities

• Design comprehensive curriculum, lesson plans, syllabi and practical assessments for recruitment training.
• Deliver engaging workshops covering sourcing, screening, interview techniques and recruitment operations.
• Assess participant performance, provide feedback and ongoing mentorship.
• Maintain training equipment, LMS and classroom setup for each session.
• Operate the Jobs Clinic, greet walk‑in job seekers and conduct in‑depth screening and profiling.
• Match qualified candidates to open positions, guiding them through resume alignment and interview preparation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support organisational growth and adapt training programmes as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering workshops, training sessions or mentoring junior recruiters.
• Strong communication and empathetic approach to support walk‑in job seekers.
• Commercial acumen to understand client hiring needs.
• Adaptable mindset with a track record of thriving in fast‑paced environments.
• Relevant certification such as WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) or Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) is a plus.
