HR Services Specialist

About the role

As an HR Services Specialist you will join the newly formed HR Services team at Sonova’s regional headquarters. You will own the end‑to‑end employee lifecycle administration, delivering a smooth, high‑quality experience for employees across all departments and levels.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and process employment contracts and amendments.
• Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems (SuccessFactors / SAP).
• Ensure timely and accurate payroll‑related data.
• Manage onboarding, transfers, changes, and off‑boarding activities.
• Support line managers and employees on HR topics in English.
• Assist with annual HR processes such as appraisals, salary reviews, and bonuses.
• Provide second‑level support for HR systems and time‑recording tools (Atoss).
• Advise on HR policies, procedures, and employment conditions.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external authorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
• At least five years of HR administration experience in an international or multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of the employee lifecycle, HR processes, and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
