About the role
We are looking for a proactive HR Specialist/Assistant to support our human resources operations. The role involves a mix of administrative, payroll, and employee‑service tasks, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day HR processes.
Key responsibilities
- Enter timesheets for payroll processing and assist with project allocation data entry.
- Handle basic admin duties, answer phone calls, and perform simple accounting tasks.
- Submit various claims such as NS makeup pay, GPL, FWL waiver, and other government grants.
- Coordinate interview schedules and support the full employment cycle.
- Provide weekly manpower updates and maintain HRIS, HRApp, and employee files.
- Manage databases for project passes and administer work passes (WPOL & EPOL).
- Coordinate workers' dormitory arrangements and oversee leave administration.
- Identify training needs, manage enrolments, and handle insurance policy renewals and claims.
- Organise company recreation events and perform ad‑hoc office administration tasks as assigned.
Required profile
- Minimum education: O‑Level or A‑Level.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience; fresh graduates are also welcome.
- Detail‑oriented with strong organisational abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- General IT savviness for handling HR systems.
