HR Talent & Culture Principal

About the role

The HR Talent & Culture Principal will lead the design, delivery and continuous improvement of learning and development programmes that build workforce capability and align with AIA’s strategic priorities. Working closely with business divisions and HR partners, you will shape talent and culture initiatives that drive engagement, performance and leadership development.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end management of Learning & Development programmes, including needs analysis, solution design, delivery, vendor management, evaluation and improvement.
• Translate business strategy and future capability needs into targeted learning solutions and development pathways.
• Define success metrics and KPIs, analyse outcomes and use data‑driven insights to enhance programme effectiveness.
• Provide governance to ensure quality, consistency and compliance of learning initiatives.
• Drive adoption of learning platforms, LMS and digital learning solutions.
• Partner with divisions and HR Business Partners on succession planning, talent development plans, skills‑gap analysis and culture embedding.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, interpret survey results and develop action plans.
• Coach managers and individuals to strengthen leadership, performance and career development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably specialised in Human Resources.
• 10‑15 years of experience in talent management or learning and development within a multinational organisation.
• Proven ability to lead enterprise‑wide talent and culture programmes.

Required skills

• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms.
• Vendor management.
• Data analysis for measuring learning impact.
