HRIS Business Analyst – 1 Year Contract (Banking)

About the role

This contract position focuses on the analysis, implementation, enhancement, and integration of HRIS solutions within a banking and financial services environment. The role is part‑time and spans one year, offering the chance to shape HR technology strategy for a leading institution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the analysis, implementation, enhancement, and integration of HRIS solutions in a banking and financial services setting.
• Manage HRIS projects, including system migrations, upgrades, data conversion, and ensure data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop HRIS reports and analytics to support workforce planning, compensation, and strategic HR decision‑making.
• Provide system support, user training, and collaborate with internal stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to resolve issues and optimise performance.
• Drive HRIS process improvements and automation initiatives while aligning solutions with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience managing HRIS projects, migrations, upgrades, and ensuring compliance with data security and regulatory standards.
