Human Resource Executive

About the role

The Human Resource Executive will support Cleanhub Facility’s growing workforce by managing recruitment, employee relations, HR compliance, and payroll assistance. This role ensures smooth onboarding and off‑boarding, maintains accurate HR records, and promotes a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Prepare and issue employment contracts, appointment letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, and other HR documentation.
• Maintain employee personal files and HR records in compliance with MOM regulations.
• Coordinate work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations for foreign employees.
• Administer onboarding and off‑boarding processes.
• Monitor attendance, leave, overtime, and disciplinary matters.
• Support payroll preparation by verifying attendance and HR records.
• Conduct employee orientation sessions on company policies and Code of Conduct.
• Assist in performance management, probation reviews, and employee development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with the Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, and internal HR policies.
• Handle employee enquiries confidentially and organise staff welfare activities.
• Support implementation of HR systems, SOPs, and process improvements.

Required profile

• Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Strong employee‑relations and HR administration background.
• Familiarity with payroll coordination and MOM work‑pass administration.
• Knowledge of HR information systems (HRIS) and performance‑management processes.
• Understanding of Singapore employment law and regulatory compliance.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• HRIS usage.
