Human Resources Executive – Talent Acquisition

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Singapore and focuses on talent acquisition for Commit Learning Schoolhouse. The HR Executive will lead the end‑to‑end recruitment cycle, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates while meeting the organisation’s staffing needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and timelines.
• Develop and promote employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
• Support specialised IT recruitment efforts as required.
• Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring journey.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hiring and recruiting, preferably within the education sector.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with candidates and internal teams.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple recruitment pipelines.
• Knowledge of Singapore employment regulations and talent‑acquisition best practices.
• Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
