In-house Paralegal – Singapore

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented and collaborative Paralegal to join our Legal department in Singapore. The role involves supporting contract management, corporate secretarial work and general legal administration for regional entities.

Key responsibilities

• Track and file agreements on the contract management platform, coordinate signing workflows and maintain standard contract templates.
• Draft, format and process a variety of legal documents, including basic contracts and initial reviews.
• Handle corporate secretarial tasks such as drafting, execution, notarisation and legalisation for regional entities, and keep corporate records up to date.
• Organise legal repositories, process legal invoices and assist with filings and compliance workstreams.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Law, Legal Studies or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience as a paralegal, legal executive or contract manager in an in‑house corporate legal department.
• Strong command of English and proficiency in written and spoken Chinese.
• High integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
• Ability to work effectively across functions and regions.

Required skills

• Experience with contract management tools.
• Proficiency in DocuSign.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with basic AI tools.
