Industrial Engineer – Operational Systems & Electronics

About the role

We are seeking an Industrial Engineer to join our operational systems and electronics team within a multinational corporation. The role focuses on analysing and optimising workflows, improving productivity and ensuring safe, cost‑effective use of facilities across Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse operational systems, workflows and methods to boost productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Establish safety‑focused standards and develop efficient equipment layouts.
• Identify and implement best practices across operational areas.
• Maintain data integrity and support continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Lead root‑cause analysis, develop solutions and oversee corrective action plans.
• Coordinate building moves, equipment installation and removal.
• Prepare and contribute to operational performance metrics reports.
• Participate in other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant industrial engineering experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Required skills

• AWS (Amazon Web Services) experience.
