Influencer Campaign Executive

About the role

An agency in Singapore is looking for an Influencer Campaign Executive to manage campaigns from initiation to completion. The role covers liaising with clients, planning and organizing campaign deliverables, and making sure everything is delivered on time. It also calls for clear communication with team members and stakeholders, solving issues and keeping campaign performance high.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain an accurate, up-to-date backend database and categorize data to speed up retrieval
• Source influencers suited to the campaign and negotiate their confirmation
• Create influencer contracts and brief them on content requirements and guidelines
• Guide influencers through paid media access requests and schedule content submission and posting
• Follow up on content edits, act as the day-to-day contact for influencer queries, and ensure timelines are met
• Collect and compile analytics after posts go live and give daily campaign updates to campaign leads

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced creative, digital or social media agency
• Proven track record of managing multiple campaigns at once
• Experience working with internal teams and strong communication skills
• Attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, and strong problem-solving skills
